We aim to
deliver your

normally

working days
of your
order. If
for any
reason we
are out of
stock of any
item we will
notify you
by e-mail
and/or
telephone
and advise
you when
the item
will be back
in stock.

Orders over
£150 (ex
vat) will be
delivered
free of
charge.
There are a
few of our
lighter
items which
if ordered
on their own
will qualify
for a
reduced
delivery
charge as we
can post
these items
through the
Royal Mail.
These
products
will incur a
post &
packing
charge of
£3-50.
The above
delivery
rates are
applicable
to the UK
mainland
only.
Unfortunately
any
deliveries
to offshore
islands,
Northern
Ireland
& the
Republic of
Ireland will
incur a
surcharge.

deliveries
outside of
the British
Isles please

for delivery
prices.
We use third
party
carriers to
deliver on
our behalf.
Currently we
use City
Link & Parceline
and any
deliveries
large enough
to be
despatched
on a pallet
will be
despatched
via the Pall
Ex pallet
network. All
our carriers
require a
signature on
delivery, if
nobody is in
at the time
of delivery
our carriers
will not
leave the
goods
without
prior
consent,
therefore if
you are
likely to be
out please
leave
delivery
instructions
when you
order. The
general
delivery
times for
our carriers
is 8-30 to
5-30.
If our
carriers
cannot
successfully
deliver the
goods to you
a card will
be left. If
after 2
further
unsuccessful
attempts
they still
cannot
deliver, the
goods are
then
returned to
us and a
return
charge may
be levied.
Goods which
may need
re-delivering
to a
different
address to
that
originally specified
will also
incur a
surcharge. As
we use 3rd
party
carriers we
cannot be
held
responsible
for any
delays
or non
delivery of
the products
ordered, all
delivery
dates are
entered into
in good
faith but
are
estimates
